
Geluk is iets ongrijpbaar, tijdelijk en toch is het een ontzettend sterk gevoel. Zo sterk dat het samen met een goede gezondheid onze grootste wens is. Psychologen zullen vertellen wat de voorwaarden zijn om een gelukkig leven te leiden. Maar wat men ook doet, als de hersenen falen in het activeren van de gelukshormonen, blijft het gevoel gelukkig te zijn achterwege. Dit verklaart waarom mensen die alles hebben om gelukkig te zijn, zich tekort gedaan voelen. Dit artikel gaat over de biologische dynamiek van geluk.
