Abstract

Stress is not just 'in the mind'. It involves a cascade of physiological reactions which can be resolved both by psychological heart-centred techniques, diet and specific supplemental nutrients and herbs that build stress resilience. Psychologist and nutritionist Patrick Holford explains how to resolve stress, build resilience and boost energy, based on his new book The Stress Cure. He will present a complete approach for reducing anxiety, insomnia and fatigue to transform your mental, emotional and physical state.
